If you're having trouble downloading songs for offline listening in the JioSaavn app, follow these steps to resolve the issue.


Step 1: Check Your Subscription

  • Offline downloads are available only for JioSaavn Pro users.
  • Ensure your JioSaavn Pro subscription is active by navigating to the Account Settings in the app.

Step 2: Verify Storage Space

  • Ensure your device has sufficient storage for downloads.
  • Delete unnecessary files or apps if your storage is almost full.

Step 3: Check App Permissions

  • On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > JioSaavn > Permissions and ensure Storage permission is enabled.
  • On iOS: Go to Settings > JioSaavn and verify that the app has permission to access your files and media.

Step 4: Network Connection

  • Ensure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
  • Avoid downloading on a restricted or low-speed network.

Step 5: Clear Cache (Android Only)

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Navigate to Apps > JioSaavn > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Relaunch the app and try downloading again.

Step 6: Update or Reinstall the App
